Let’s touch your playfulness a bit. Based on what is going on for you in the moment, I pick a dare of a game for us to play that will get things flowing in your being. Playfulness heals things you didn’t realize were there. It recalibrates your whole being.

Movement cleansing: $100/single $200/4 pack

I lead us in some playful, gentle movement that cleanses your whole body, mind and spirit and leaves you invigorated at a core level. No session is ever the same. The movement we do is different for each person and for each day.

I send you love letters: $30/single $50/ 4 pack

Each day, I put together a special package of quotes, song suggestions, drawings, free style journal entries, and my love words for you. Then, I send them in the mail to you so you have sweet things to open in the mail. You can write back or you don’t have to.
